Jennifer Dilbeck Johnson

Senior Vice President, Client Services

Jennifer has over 24 years of accounts receivables management (ARM) experience and oversees many system implementations in her role today. Jennifer has extensive experience in developing and implementing account flow solutions for all phases of collection. She is an expert at operational account flow processes, problem solving, system testing and client services. Her responsibilities include the development of user and business requirements from conception and design to implementation and system testing and certification for large clients.
